Air-operated double diaphragm (AODD) pumps are ideal for transferring liquids with abrasive, corrosive, explosive, and high-viscosity properties, even when they contain suspended solids. The stall-prevention circuit ensures safe operation without the need for lubricated air. These pumps offer exceptional versatility due to their dry self-priming capability, absence of mechanical seals (eliminating leakage risks), variable flow and pressure control, and complete portability. They can run dry without damage, have no rotating parts (reducing wear and maintenance), do not generate heat, and require no complex controls. AODD pumps are particularly suited for handling abrasive, corrosive, shear-sensitive, and viscous fluids. They are intrinsically safe, maintaining efficiency without losses due to wear, pressure, or flow variations.
